Michael A. Qualls, Board Chairman, InsBank
Mike Qualls served as the original CEO and president of InsBank and has been Board Chairman since the bank’s inception in 1999. Qualls currently serves as Board Chairman, focusing on business development activities. He also participates in all bank committees and boards. He is chairman of the Executive Loan Committee and is president of the bank’s premium finance subsidiary corporation. Qualls previously served twelve years as President of American Savings Bank in his hometown of Livingston, Tennessee. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, he is also a veteran of the U.S. Army Infantry during the Vietnam era. Qualls is a director and past treasurer of the Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association and continues to serve on the strategic planning, finance and other committees. He is an instructor of Swiftwater Rescue, sea kayaking, whitewater canoeing and kayaking for TSRA and the Boy Scouts. He serves on the Coordinating Council of Community Shares of Middle Tennessee. |

William E. (Bill) Wallace, Board Vice Chairman, Associated Insurors, Inc. (*1996)
Mr. Wallace serves as Chairman of InsCorp, the InsBank holding company organization. Mr. Wallace is President of Associated Insurors, an independent insurance agency in Knoxville, Tennessee. He holds the CPCU, a professional insurance designation. Mr. Wallace is an honors business administration graduate from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has held various sales and management positions with Tennessee based insurance agencies. Mr. Wallace served as 1996 President of the Insurors of Tennessee, a statewide insurance trade association. He was also named Insuror of the Year for this group both in 1991 and 1999. Mr. Wallace also currently serves as Chairman of Aurora Lighting, Inc., Knoxville Tennessee. Aurora is a research, development, and technology consulting company specializing in manufacturing and distribution of electronic ballast lighting products. |

James H. Rieniets Jr., President / Chief Executive Officer, InsBank
James H. Rieniets, Jr. (Jim), President & CEO, has been with InsBank since its inception, first serving as its Chief Lending Officer for six years. He was named as CEO in January 2010. He serves on the Bank’s Board of Directors, the Bank’s Loan Committee, Management Committee, and is Chairman of the Asset Liability Management Committee. Rieniets is also Chief Manager of the bank’s subsidiary, Finworth Mortgage, LLC. Prior to InsBank, Jim worked for National Commerce Bancorp in Memphis where he held positions as: Branch Manager, Credit Analyst, Commercial Loan Officer, Business Banking Department Manager, and Division Head of Correspondent Banking. During his 8-year tenure with National Commerce Bancorp in Memphis, Jim served for 4 years as a senior loan committee member. Jim has been a member of the Tennessee Bankers Association Credit Committee for three years, one of which he served as Chairman. He is an advisory board member for Southeast Community Capital’s Nashville Opportunity Fund and has been a member of the St. Jude Classic’s Fundraising Sales Management Team for 15 years. Jim is also a member of the University School of Nashville’s Finance Committee and the Rotary Club of Nashville as well as a volunteer educator for Junior Achievement of Memphis. He earned his B. A. in Latin American Studies at Vanderbilt University (1991) and earned an MBA at the University of Memphis with a concentration in Finance (1998). |

Norfleet Anthony, Jr., S.N. Anthony, Inc (*1989)
Since 1961,
Mr. Anthony has owned S.N. Anthony, Inc., which is an insurance
business in Ripley, Tennessee and, since 1988, has been a partner
in Anthony, Lankford, & Poston, a real estate agency. Mr.
Anthony serves on the Advisory Board of BankTennessee’s
Ripley Office. Mr. Anthony was President of First Federal Savings
and Loan of Ripley, Tennessee from 1965 to 1980. He sat on the
board of directors of Farmers Union Bank, Ripley, Tennessee
from 1980 to 1984 and was President of the bank from 1984 to
1993. He was Vice-Chairman of InSouth Bank, Brownsville, Tennessee
from 1985 to 1993. Mr. Anthony attended the University of Tennessee
at Knoxville and the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Anthony is a past president of Insurors of Tennessee.

Richard
S. Hollis, Jr., Hollis & Burns (*2000)
Mr.
Hollis is the President of Hollis & Burns, Inc. Insurance
and Risk Management in Memphis Tennessee. Mr. Hollis holds a
BBA in Management and a BBA in Marketing from the University
of Mississippi. Mr. Hollis began his career in Aviation Underwriting
with Cook Treadwell and Harry Aviation Underwriters in 1976.
He then transferred to Cook Treadwell and Harry Insurance Agency
in 1978. Mr. Hollis became Vice President and Commercial Sales
Manager for Cook Treadwell and Harry prior to leaving and co-founding
Hollis & Burns, Inc., in June 1984. Mr. Hollis is currently
serving as Vice-chairman of Agricenter International. Mr. Hollis’
prior service includes sitting on the board of the Memphis Downtown
Rotary Club, Greater Memphis Insurance Council, and Insurors
of Memphis. Mr. Hollis previously served on the board of the
Insurors of Tennessee. Mr. Hollis serves on various other committees
and is a past president of the Insurors of Tennessee and the
100 Club of Memphis.

Don
R. Jordan, (*1987) - Director Emeritus
Mr. Jordan is owner of Lanham’s Bible
Bookstore in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Until 2002, Mr. Jordan
served as President of Associated X/S Underwriters, Inc. He
is a graduate from Howard College, which is now Samford University.
He began his career with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in
1954 as a business sales representative and joined Boston Insurance
Company in 1956 as Special Agent. He advanced to State Agent,
Branch Manager in Birmingham and then to Regional Manager of
seven southeastern states in Atlanta in 1960. In 1970, he consolidated
two agencies in Chattanooga that became known as Associated
General Agency, where he held the position of Executive Vice
President and General Manager until 1992. In 1992, he acquired
the wholesale insurance operation started at Associated General
Agency. Mr. Jordan has served as director of the Heart Association,
United Way, Metropolitan Community Council, Chattanooga Area
Chamber of Commerce, Partners for Economic Development and the
Kiwanis Club. Mr. Jordan served as President of Insurors of
Tennessee in 1987, and is presently a member of the Board of
Associates of Chattanooga State Technical Community College,
Kiwanis Club, Mountain City Club, Walden Club and the Fairfield
Glade Community Club. Mr. Jordan has served in numerous positions
in the insurance industry as both an officer and a director.
Mr. Jordan has received many awards some of which include Insuror
of the Year in 1977 and “Mr. Chairman” award from
the Insurors of Tennessee in 1971.

Tom
H. Loventhal, Loventhal Insurance Agency
Mr.
Loventhal is President of Loventhal Financial Services, a family
owned business established in 1889. He joined the firm in 1977
upon graduation from the University of Tennessee with a degree
in business. Mr. Loventhal has been involved with the insurance
industry in Tennessee where he served on the Board of Directors
of both the Insurors of Nashville and the Insurors of Tennessee.
During this time, he has received many awards. He served as
President of the Insurors of Nashville in 1977 and as both board
and committee member of an Insurance computer Users Group for
fifteen years, holding the office of Secretary and Vice President,
respectively. Mr. Loventhal has been involved in the Nashville
Area Junior Chamber of Commerce, receiving the Spotlight Award
three times, during which time he was Chairman of the Clinic
Bowl. He was Treasurer at the Sherith Israel Synagogue for nine
years, as well as a board member of the Jewish Community Center.
He has chaired many special events, including the Salvation
Army Speaker Bureau, and the Italian Street Fair benefiting
the Nashville Symphony. Currently, he serves on the board of
the League for the Hearing-Impaired. He is very active on the
board of Special Olympics of Tennessee and was President from
1992-1994. He also serves on special Olympic International’s
United States Leadership Council (USLC) where he is on the Finance
and Development Committee, Executive Committee, and he chairs
the Management Information Systems Committee. Mr. Loventhal
has been associated with the Nashville Zoo since 1998 and currently
serves on its executive board of directors.

Louis Patten, Jr., Cornerstone Insurance Group (*1999)
Mr. Patten is Associate Partner of Cornerstone Insurance Group. Previously, Mr. Patten served as President of Insurance Incorporated in Cleveland, Tennessee having joined that firm in 1976.
Mr. Patten graduated from the University of Tennessee. In 1999, Mr. Patten served as President of the Insurors of Tennessee
having previously served as Region III Vice President and director
for the statewide association. He received a Presidential Citation
for outstanding service from Insurors of Tennessee in 1979.
Mr. Patten served as State Senator representing the 9th Senatorial
District from 1987 to 1994, as Senate Republican Caucus Treasurer
from 1987 to 1991 and the Caucus Chairman from 1991 to 1994.
Mr. Patten is a board member and corporate secretary of Consumers
Insurance Group. Mr. Patten is past chairman of the Cleveland-Bradley
Chamber of Commerce and serves on various community boards and
committees.

Maurice
W. Pinson, Fridrich, Pinson, Rothberg & Associates (*1994)
Maurice has been an independent insurance agent in Nashville, Tennessee since 1967 with Pinson & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. In 1991, Maurice joined Cooper, Love & Jackson Insurance as an independent contractor. Then, in 1999, Maurice moved his business to Fridrich & Associates as an independent contractor forming the new agency, Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg Insurance Agency. Maurice is also the owner and President of Transport Specialties, Inc., a managing general agency providing specialty insurance products to the transportation industry. He is a past president of the Insurors of Tennessee, Insurors of Nashville and is active in various local charitable activities.

Charles
T. Tagman, Jr., Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc.
Mr.
Tagman currently serves as vice-chairman of Strategic Risk Solutions,
Inc.,Orlando, Florida. Mr. Tagman founded Preferred Comp. of
Nashville, Tennessee, a workers’ compensation Managing
General Agent (MGA), distributing exclusively through Insurors
of Tennessee member agents. Mr. Tagman is a graduate of the
University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Insurance Administration.
He began his insurance career with the Aetna C&S in Hartford,
Connecticut and has twenty-five years of experience in risk
management consulting. His previous positions have included:
Executive Vice President of Betterly Consulting Group; Vice
President and Principal of Tillinghast Nelson; Vice President
and Principal of Towers Perrin; Chairman/CEO of TPA Associates
of Andover, Massachusetts; and President/CEO of Preferred Insurance
Company LTD of Hamilton, Bermuda. Mr. Tagman served as the President
of the Institute of Risk Management Consultants, is a member
of the American Management Association of Insurance Council
and served on the Massachusetts Insurance Commissioner’s
Task Force for drafting self-insurance group regulation and
the Commissioner of Industrial Accident’s Advisory Committee.

Dennis W. Petty, CPA
Dennis W. Petty is a newly elected member of InsBank’s Board of Directors since February 2007. Mr. Petty is in public practice on West End Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. He currently serves on the Audit Committee and on the ALCO Committee. |

Philip R. Zanone, Jr.
Philip Zanone became a member of the InsBank Board of Directors in 2008. Mr. Zanone joined Wunderlich Securities in 1997 where he has served as President since 1999. Previously, he spent 11 years in the private client group at Morgan Keegan. He has played an integral role in growing the firm’s retail brokerage operations and in diversifying the company into Investment Banking and Institutional Fixed Income Services. Mr. Zanone received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He serves on the boards of Memphis College of Art, The Assisi Foundation, and the Buckman Boys and Girls Club. |
